This 7-day itinerary invites you to discover villages with literary history, Starlight nature reserves, convents converted into Paradores and a gastronomy with deeply local roots.

From the Corral de Comedias de Almagro to the pure skies of the Monfragüe National Park, every day is a celebration of culture, flavour and the firmament. Taste traditional dishes such as ratatouille from La Mancha, pickled partridge or hornazo from Salamanca, always paired with wines with Denomination of Origin. And as night falls, stargaze in some of Europe's clearest skies, guided by experts and state-of-the-art telescopes.
